I purchased my microwave on 13th of dec’14 from frontline, Sanjay place Agra, a dealer of samsung. On 15 when their personnel came for demonstration, I told him that that was an error appeared while using. But this was not answered. Again the same error appeared on 31st of dec when I lodged a complaint in their call centre.. Amir from their side came and said it was a wire loose. Now it is fine. But again I called him up after 5 min that it is still pertaining. He said there is a part to be replaced. Which is not available right now. Yesterday nitin from samsung assured that he will be telling us a date by when I can have that part. But sorry to say nothing from their side has been done. I request you to kindly help me out as they have delivered me a defective piece and I do not want the same defective microwave when I have paid the full amount.
