SnapDeal – Product not delivered not ready to cancel the order

They first mentioned that they will ship by 23rd December and on 24th December they changed the shipment date to 25th December and since then it has not been shipped and no change in order status and it has not been shipped. I have been calling them to cancel my order but for last 120 hours their customer care executive tells me the same thing that my request has been taken and I would get confirmation email for cancellation in next 24-48 hours but I haven’t received anything yet. First they were not ready to cancel my order but after lot of request from me they agreed to cancel but nothing has moved as of now.

Full refund of my money and with 10 times penalty and written apology from snapdeal.com so that these guys don’t mentally harrass any other customer
