I purchased a Samsung mobile display from a repairing shop (SAI BABA ,Jyoti complex M.P nagar Bhopal) at Rs.450 . After 3 hours,my mobile display got out of order.When I take the mobile to the shop,shopkeeper said that display has become out of order and I have to purchase new one and he was asking me money for that new display.When I refused to give more money for the new display he misbehaved me and not repair the display. I do not have any bill. Kindly reply me is there any procedure to fill a complaint against shopkeeper.
