i purchased handset on 1nov2013. in the starting i found that back cover was not fitting properly (later replaced by company). after 3 month hand free was not working (hand free replaced) plus mobile hanging & automatically restart. no resolution from service center side for mobile hanging & automatically restart. as the time passes, my mobile got over-heated too much very frequently+batery drain fast+mobile restart+hang inbetween. suddenly one day back cover (laminated original sheet over it) burned/melt & company logo on sheet disappeared due to over -heating of mobile. company just changed back cover and didn’t correct cause behind such an extent of over-heating that it caused original back cover sheet to melt/burn.company took it lightly & found no problem with the handset.i have been facing same problem till now but now company is saying that i have to pay for damaged part(battery,mother board, charging point) because moisture enter into it.i said to them that moisture can be enter may be due to over-heating problem because as such no other thing happened with my handset. it was their negligence that they had not pay any head to my complaint earlier & keep on saying -my mobile is working good. it is due to their faulty parts in the handset that i have been facing these problems (sequence of problem faced?faulty back cover?automatic restart?mobile hanging?>handfree not working?over heating?backcover original laminated sheet burned/melt?battery, mother board, charging point damaged).had they changed faulty parts/replaced my handset earlier, these problem would not have faced by me.now when the problem become so severe that it damaging internal parts too they are asking me to pay for it. if every thing was fine with my handset then why i have been facing same problem till now? rest, complete detail of my conversation with company through mail is attached below.in every conversation ,i have been complaining that my problem is not yet resolved.also, now company is not replying any email of mine and i haven’t got any call from service center for handset delivery.for further information i have extended my warranty for 1 year.

replacement of handset with complete accessories and monetary compensation for travelling to service center every time.
