Amazon Indefinite Delay in Delivery, Poor Service

This is the worst service from a repute company like AmazonI have mention on the above at flipkart as amazon was not available.sorry for this. I did not get any call from the delivery team but they have mentioned it like below.I have purchased the product on 27 OCT 2014 and it should reach at 3rd Nov.2014. Without the concern of me they are writing the the tracking the delay was due to the customer request.I am facing a bad situation due to the bad service.I am booking a conference room in a hotel as I can’t make the wifi for a meeting tomorrow morning 8am.How you can mention “Delay Delivery on customer request”. I have taken the mental agony and schedule the meeting in a hotel due to the urgency and got the bad reputation from my senior due to the last time confirmation.
