i brought a tvs pep+ on 10th October 14 from trilok tvs lucknow.on 14th oct i found that fuel is leaking continuously from overflow pipe when kept standing for more than 3 hours.i thought it is a overflow and neglected it. on 18th oct i found that fuel is leaking everyday and that too rapidly. i went to trilok and addressed the complaint, they told me to go to kohli service stn, when i reached they told me to come tomorrow in spite being a fault in a new vehicle and not service. then i went to speed service stn they checked the vehicle and said there is no problem and i went back home. they also told me that trilok has not provided me a foot rod which is company fitted and not a accessory. i went to trilok and told them about this, they provided me that rod and gave a foolish and a rubbish reason that due to festive season they forgot it. then on 21th oct i again found fuel leaking. then i went to ashna tvs service in telibagh and they checked it and said there is no problem . later i found that it is not an authorized service stn though they have a hoarding claiming that they are authoritativeness i went to calcutta with my father and came back on 30th oct and again found it leaking.i was annoyed and called on tvs toll free helpline and reg a complainant priyank called me and helped me a lot.(thank god there is someone in tvs listening to us). he told me to go to home solution service stn,i went there and they repaired the carborator sent me back.they also told me that trilok tvs hasnt provided me the extended warranty book. next day again i found it leaking and called mr priyank and he was kind enough to send a mechanic at hometo replace the carborator. a big thanx to him. surprise!!!! next day i again found that goddamn leaking. i was in shock. i called mr priyank again he told me to bring the vehicle to kohli serv stn and leave it their for sometime. i took it their and then went to trilok again this time to take EW booklet.. and then collected vehicle from kohli serv stn after sometime with my sister( petrol t replaced). this time i was quite sure that the fault has been corrected. when i started for home after 3 kms the vehicle stopped. after 3 min it satarted but after 1 km again stopped. again it started the stopped i called mr priyank and he told me that he is sending a mechanic to me.so kind of him. i told my sister to go home by rickshaw. after 45 min a mech came and checked the vehicle and couldn’t repair it . it was around 7 and i dint reached home yet. what bullshit is this. now i have lost my temper and tomorrow i will take the vehicle to trilok and will handover it to them whether they give me a new vehicle or either they keep it. i m totally frustrated now.for a month i had been running here nd there wasting my time and still it is not resolved. shit total shit. i literally cried today and was totally exhausted.

i just want the vehicle to be replaced.
