Samsung – Mobile locked due to wrong pattern

Dear sir/madam This is to complaint about Samsung mobile which is locked due to wrong pattern lock attempts. Here with I am attaching a detailed compliant copy which I mailed to Samsung and their reply. I am not satisfied with their reply by telephone and by mail. I need my mobile to be unlocked without any data loss. Kindly do the needful for the problem resolution.

Dear Sir/Madam I am using Samsung galaxy Y duos lite mobile (s.no RZ1D14L04QN). I used pattern lock in the mobile. Due to wrong attempts the phone is locked. Since internet connection is not in active mode in mobile I am unable to login with google account. Then I spoke to Samsung customer care executives regarding this issue. They told to visit the service center. I visited Samsung service center. They told that they will flash the mobile and all data stored in the mobile will be lost. Then I wrote a mail to Samsung e-mail support regarding the issue. An executive called from +911203921300. We discussed the issues then I asked for login to google account form a PC or laptop to unlock the mobile. He told that no such option exist technically in the product. He also told to visit the service center and flash the mobile since there is no other alternative solution and he may forward the suggestion to product development team. Since I had stored many contacts in the mobile I am unable to carry out the routine duties. If flashing or factory resetting is the only possible way to unlock the mobile the thief or any stealers may unlock the mobile by doing the same. Kindly help with a possible solution at the earliest.
