Jio number – 7002056435 I took a sim of Jio after generating a bar code on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on 13th of August and the sim was activated on 19th of August after too many visits to the Jio Centre at the mentioned place.

But the sim when insterted on the device was not working and later declared by the Jio Centre employee that the sim is damaged and I was provided with a swapped sim which I was promised to get activated within 7days and not more. But the sim is not activated till date. After my repeated visits to the office they are not giving any priority to my issue and just behaving rudely. The employees at the Jio Centre(Tezpur) are unprofessional, rude, arrogant and don’t possess any sort of professional ethics. Jio has lost faith in many of its customers. Please look at the matter.
