Samsung – Non attending of Complaint during Warranty

Purcahased Split AC from Darbar Traders Private Limited Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt, on 17 May 2013. The company is required to carry out the service during the warranty. Till date not even has the service been arranged by the company despite lodging complaint through the dealer in August, November, January. there has been no service undertaken despite repeated reminders. Again i lodged complaint through company helpline, on 18 Feb 14, vide Complaint No 8429489345. When nobody attended to the complaint, a reminder was again given on 07 March 14, 24 march 14, 07 April 14. There has been no follow up till date by Samsung.

Non service at regular intervals reduces the life of product. In addition during the last year four free services were to be undertaken. Each service costs money which is a loss to me. Consequently the defects after the warranty are likely to be frequent.
