Dear Samsung Team, I have Bought Samsung Note 2 A premium brand phone @ Rs.37,499 Dated : 27-Oct-2012 from Mumbai. Mobile Serial No : RF1CA86Q01P. Yesterday 05-05-2014 i have seen on net that Samsung has released Kit Kat Version for Note 2. So i have started to upgrade my Note 2 as per system. After download of around 416mb it has started installation after a reboot, at time of installation my Phone got totally blank after 70%. Even i had 50% of Mobile battery & my phone was also connected on charger while this procedure is going on. So i have waited for few minutes thought that some process will be going on & i will get something on screen very soon. But it never came back. Then i tried all options to start my mobile phone. But unfortunately i was not responding atall. Finally i have decided to take that mobile to nearby samsung service center. which is at Andheri West – Mobile Cool Services. I have shown my concern to them & they have kept my phone for checking & registered my service request. After few hours i received call from that service center engineer that there is problem in my Phone Main Board & that need to be replaced which will cost me Rs.8,000/-. I got shocked to hear that Rs.8,000/-. So i think this is really worst on part of consumer that after buying such an expensive mobile i have faced such a problem because of samsung & their new os upgrade release other wise there we not atall any problem in my phone.
