Naptol Shopping – Wrong product was delivered

Wrong product was delivered by Naptol Online Shopping. Poor courier services, had to wait for more than a week for the product. Finally when complained about the wrong product, they keep on asking to wait for 24 to 48 hours and finally doesn’t call up. Again you make the call, they ask you to wait for 24 to 48 hours. They promised that the courier service Blue dart, would come home and receive the product for replacing but when i called them, they said they cant come home. Again i called Naptol and they said Blue dart would come home, but still no one had given a call back regarding the same. I had ordered for the product on 10th of April and its 26, today. I’m very dissatisfied with the services, even they dont transfer the call to the supervisor. When i try calling them, they keep the call on hold and disconnects it. Doesn’t give a call back either. I need a complete refund.

A full refund of Rs1662.00 (which i had paid for the product) + Rs 200 (calling Naaptol for complaints) + Rs 200 (compensation for the poor services) Total: Rs 2062.00
