I ordered online Note 3 Neo on 9th Sept and received a defective product on 12th Sept and launched a complaint on 13th Sept to samsung. It screen flickers at 0% brightness and camera fails to focus in some situations. Samsung call center told me to do factory reset and to visit service center. It was found that not only my device but there are many Note 3 devices that have the same problem as mine. From day 1 I was given a defective product from Samsung and I want my money back. Samsung Executive Ashok Kumar (9910555xxx) came to my home and he too admitted that there is a manufacturing defect in Note 3 Neo devices. I talked to Pankaj from Samsung on phone and he too admitted that Samsung has shipped me a defective product. It is not only my device but many devices which have this problem. I have proved to Samsung that this is the problem present in majority of Note 3 Neo devices and they too have admitted it. You cant sell a consumer a defective product and expect consumer to repair that product.
Since samsung knows that there is a defect in note 3 neo, why are they selling it to customers then ? Since I have been duped by Samsung selling a defective product, I want my money back. Samsung has broken the agreement and cannot shirk its responsibility of selling a defective product. I want samsung to take their defective product back and return by money since I have been duped. Also Samsung needs to recall all Note 3 neo devices which have the same problem.
