Sony India=020-949-681′ Servicing of Model No SVE14125CNB IN% vide job No J41954821. Sony Laptop supplied by the Sony company through Snap deal was defective. The company has not been able to rectify since last one month and more so they are not replacing as well.

I am unable to use laptop, as a result it is badly effecting my business performance and loss to me.
