There has been more than 10 customer care executives who has responded in an auto written text which says ‘ APOLOGY , GOT YOUR COMPLAINT , CONTACTED YOU ( Practically no one contacts customer ) ,GIVEN UR COMPLAINT TO SALES and SERVICE TEAM ..WILL RESOLVE IN 24 HRS . Surprisingly , even after 18 days no action was made although one of officer Mr. Amit Gautam ( 9717176xxx ) contacted , took me on conference with the dealer Mr. Udai on friday i.e. 9th May`14 and finalised that the dealer will replace the TV set in 24 hrs ,but till date even after 120 hrs nothing has been done …and he ( Mr. Amit ) has stopped taking my calls ,today i.e. 14th May`14 he has given me on more no. of Mr. Kamaljeet ( 9818294xxx ) saying that now he ( Kamaljeet ) will help in this matter,as always kamaljeet is not attending to my calls .
