This is regarding feedback for poor Service which is done by Maruti MY CAR service work shop. This is kind of poor work could not be ignore, they also prepared a high charges bill against the service. I submitted my wagon R DUO car to my car service center at Nekpur kalan, farrukhabad for service and issue resolution on 3 last months however service center did not provide proper service and they skipped many issues as unresolved during the service and they also skipped many common issues while service of the Wagon R Car. They skipped assembling important parts of Vehicle and accessories which was also make an important roll. I complaint many times and sent mail for the same but no help and reply received from Maruti and the dealer end.Service Center team charged too much against this kind of poor service, I paid 29000* INR for this service but still vehicle many issues unresolved yet. they listed in service and bill paper as lot of issues resolved but actually they did not resolved those issue. Currently my wagon R car at Ghaziabad location I required a effective car service there location from Maruti service center and. Wagon R Lxi DUO BS car registration number is UP 76 J 9777Chassis No 813039. Could you please take an action for provide a proper and satisfaction service from Maruti suzuki company.
