I purchased a Sony Xperia Neo L from a mobile store in Marathahalli, Banaglore on 15th August 2012. While purshasing, I had taken extra 1 year warranty from Mobile store(1 year from Sony and 1 year from Mobile store). I was told at that time, this 1 year extra warranty is being given exclusively by Mobile store where any hardware/software(other than water damage) will be repaired by Mobile store. On 25th August 2013, when I saw my mobile in morning, it was switched off(till the day before my mobile functioned properly). I could not switched in ON. Even there was no water contact as well. I have given my mobile for repairing in on 25th August 2013 in mobile store shop( Indiranagar, Bangalore). Still now I didn’t get it back or got any status about it. I had been informed initially it will take maximum 1 month to repair but now its more than 8 months without getting my mobile back or any information given. Whenever I ask their representatives,I always get no proper answers(engineer not available, mobile is submitted to another branch fro repair). Please do something so that I can get my mobile back as soon as possible. I have some sweet memories with this mobile as it was a birthday gift
