i purchased samsung power bank white on 30/04/2014…and they give it with 6 months seller warranty but not give a bill…i contact them but they dint reply properly…then after 4 months my power bank is not working as they give 6 months warrnty they have to replace or refundproduct but they tell me that contact to seller i also contact but both are not giving reply now i am in trouble… power bank price is 2574(with shipping cost)…it too much high value so that please help me..

when i purchase the power bank it work perfect but after 2 months it hase starting to occur a problems.. problem is when i charge power bank fully then i put it for charging the phone..but in 2 or 3 hours only 2% charged it really shocked…so it hase problem some time also its not working then if its fully charged then also it appers low power in half hour but it 9000 mah and i not charged then it have to remain charge for a 15 to 20 days..
