this is to infrom you that i purchased side by side refrigerator model no RS21HSTPN cost Rs 80000 one month before > from Surya Electronics,Gajraula(J.P Nagar).After some days problem > regarding cooling starts so i complained their customer care .After 2-3 days serviceman came and repaired it.From d same > day problem repeats so i called again……. he visited in 3-4 days n told for heatercxan you imagine,after 8 days he visited.when i asked him for delay,he said he is nt responsible only company is responsible for delay.from the same day cooling problem starts again.now its height of patience.so i maied ceo’s office n got a call from them regarding matter. They arrange conference between me n service centre situated in bijnor.this time service centre man said,i had nt mentioned full problem to him,tats way fridge nt working. >

i want to replace the fridge n additional cost of all damages
