Samsung refrigrator – Cannot resolve the issue, keep on giving new dates

refrigrator model: rt35zblb1, complaint logged on 22/12/13. problem was non cooling.attended on 24.12.13 changed the relay/dryer/refilled gas. again same problem started. complained on 30.12.13. attended on 31/1/14.did not had the sensor.again visited on 2/1/14 with a wrong fitting sensor. now they are not sure if sensor is available and said will come on 3/1/14.
from 22/12/13 the refrigerator i am unable to use. all the perishable product have been discarded. the main issue i that have a small baby and need milk for her. unable to manage due to this relaxed attitude of samsung staff.
want the resolution same day itself after waiting for 10 days cannot wait for more. also do not know that actual issue was relay/dryer/gas or sensor as all of a sudden everything gets faulty is difficult to believe.further i dont want to pay any charges to get my refrig corrected. i have already paid rs.2281/- (bill:3655)unique servise solutions. ph: 08032552xxx
