I am Capt Randeep Hundal. On 19/09/2014 I had given my Samsung S3 for repair at Jai Sai Ram Electronics Services center in running condition. My phone was hanging and was switching on and off on its own. They told me after getting my phone checked that its a software problem and that it requires software update. I left my phone and after two hours when i collected my phone it was totally dead. It is not even switching on. When I asked them they said it went dead while updating software and now the motherboard of the phone needs to be changed which would cost Rs7000. I told them that at least give my phone back in the same state.But they said that they cant do anything now.

The phone is totally dead and is not even switching on.

I want my phone in working condition.
