i had bought a Samsung tab from thanjavur Samsung dealer,with in 3 days i had problem in charging the tab.i went to the dealer to complain i was asked to go to service centre i gave my tab for service at service centre. after 3days i got a call from service centre saying they have repaired and they never gave any prove of service,in next few days i had the same problem and i understood the service centre had done nothing to my tab. i found how the problem was happening in my tab i called customer care stating all this they asked me to provide the service job number but when i returned to service centre they where asking me to bring the tab i explained this to customer care and took my tab to service centre they noted the device serial number and logged another complain.now iam asking for cash back.since i have no support from customer care nor service centre and the product not good.
