i purchased a led tv from Guru Kirpa Electronics patel nagar in the month of feb of brand samsung and gifted to my sister at her wedding when my sister approached the samsung company for the installation and when the company personnel visted the location for fiitng at that time he tols that the led tv is from outside india and samsung will not provide any kind of warranty on this product. in that result when i approached the shopkeep he told me first that might that tv has not been registered with samsung as all they come from thailand.do provide me the model no. i will register that tv. tht is been carried till march end. i keep calling tht shopkeeper he use to say today tomorrow and today tomorrow.. when ag last i shouted at him when this fact he arranged a personnel who went to my sister place for fitting and a local warranty card. till date he keep saying you use this tv i will provide two year warranty and bla bla.

I want that personnel now should know what he did with us will to pay for the time 5lakhs and metally stressed of rupee10 lakh that we wasted with him and should provide us a samsung warranty tv or refund the actual market price of tv by which i should proce the same for my sister.
