Sony LED TV – Charging for repairs under warranty

I purchased 32 in Sony LED TV (Model: 32R422B) from LULU Hypermarket, Madinat zayed branch- Abu Dhabi on 1st October’ 2014 with one year international warranty. I brought TV in New Delhi (India) and installed it. When it was switched On TV display disappeared and showing only lining on the screen. When I contacted Sony India limited at toll free no 1800 103 7799 FREE, they registered a complaint on 14/04/15 with vide ID 24954223 and this complaint was assigned to CLUB ELECTRONICS, New Delhi. Accordingly their executive came to my house on 17/04/15 and told screen display (panel) is not working which is to be replaced and on 19/04/15 they took the TV with them. During registering the complain, Sony representative had told company will cover warranty and there will be no charge for this. After that I tried to contact Sony authorized service center but failed to contact. When I contacted to Sony at toll free no. on 28 of April’2015, their representative told club electronics (Sony Authorized Service Center) is demanding around Nineteen Thousand Rupees to replace the panel and told that you have bought TV from Abu Dhabi, so our company will not cover the international warranty whereas at the time of purchasing TV Sony had given one year international warranty with valid warranty card & invoice. I shown the valid documents to company but company is not ready to cover the warranty and told by company representative do whatever you want. It has been told by company representative to me over telephone and message, pay around nineteen thousand rupees otherwise take TV back to home. Please help me. want the TV to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible as per international warranty as committed by company on warranty card and invoice at the time of purchasing.
