SanapDeal Shopping – Product Not Delieverd

I have purchased product from Snapdeal on 29th July 2016,they informed me that courier company will deliver my product on 3rd August 2016, when I didn’t received my product on 3rd August 2016, I made contact with gojavas, they informed me that due to weather condition its delay and you will receive your product on 5th August 2016.I didn’t received my product on 5th August 2016,so I again called them on 6th August 2016, they informed me that due to some operational issues,we have send back your courier to snapdeal. I made contact with snapdeal,they told me that we don’t have any confirmation.I have paid money for my product while purchasing the product.When,I track my courier on gojavas website,I found only last update of 3rd August 2016 that your product is in transit from Ahmedabad to Surat.In this whole process,I didn’t received my product nor my refund.

I want that company should update website every hour. If company can’t deliver product on time they should not give false commitment. If by any reason they can’t fulfill delivery on time, they should inform customer via call. Like, I said, On 6th August 2016, they informed me that due to operational issues,we have send back your courier to snapdeal, I need explanation from company why they did so.
