Sir, my Jio 4G SIM, number 70043 47476, was activated on 10th of September, and i tele-verified it the same day. As per instructions, i called the given helpline numbers several times to activate both data and voice services, but I had to settle by availing data service only. I also initiated creating ‘jio id’, and almost completed the procedure, but then again could not proceed to verify, as i never received any email with the verification link. After almost 24 hours of uninterrupted usage, suddenly the network was gone, and it didn’t appear ever since. I called, every helpline number but they don’t connect. Kindly attend to the matter as soon as you can.

I have a JIO SIM bearing Number 700724 2567. I don’t get network for browsing nor can I make any calls. Please help me in this regard.
