This is regarding my return request no: 31613397 with Jabong which i made on july 28th. No one has picked to collect the items moreover jabong people have re-raised returns two more times. But still no luck. I got a response from their side as i was unavailable at home which can’t be possible 3 times, even if this is the case no courier partner tried calling me. So this is there excuse.

I sent so many mails at care@jabong.Com, headcustomercare@jabong.com & to chiefmanager@jabong.Com. But no body turned up. I tried calling on their number also but nobody connects over phone. Now they have closed my return request without any solution and notifications.Kindly look into this matter.
