My name is Shubam Goyal i have got the Jio SIM 15 days back. My no is 70149 82617 and my order id is NO000 0052GYN. There is very poor response from the store and customer care never picked up the phone tried sevral times . . My friends had their activation in 4-5 days. In my case such poor service i am experiencing . What is the benefit for me to buy a lyf hand set then i only buy that because 15 days back there was no official launch and i was eagerly waiting to have jio. But now its officially launched i can have it for just 200rs now. Disappointed from unprofessional behavior of reliance jio.
