Respected Sir/Ma’am As I had ordered the product Zero Addiction Online through saptarishiherbals.com by seeing on TV somewhere in the last week of November for my Dad I gave it to him without his acknowledge by taking that he had severe vomiting and diarrhea So I called customer care hundredth times but there was no response from there side but I continued to give that powder till that bottles got emptied Hoping to get good results but there was no Result once Again i called customer care this time i got new no. by googling in net they picked my call i said them there was no result after taking it for a month and with that i faced some health problem too, then he said sir you take one more product use it for 15 days this time it will show 100% result else we’ll refund both the products money So by hearing that how confidently he was saying i ordered one more product which i got it in month of feb i give it to my father till 9 to 10 days as there was zero result so once again i called customer care this time asking for refund for which they said we don’t have refund for that product so i got greatest shock of my life i told couple of weeks back one of there officer had told for which she denied so irritatedly i disconnected the call. next day once i called them but this time different lady picked my call then i demanded refund of money atleast the last product’s she told me send the product to office address which i did so by professional couriers after 5 to 7 days my money will be refund but it never happened, then they started saying wait till 10 more day after that still 10 days more so and so but money was never refunded and now today i called them asked calmly for the last time for which they said it is impossible to refund money so and so started giving some reasons. And after that i made my mind to lodge complaint against them HOPE YOU TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM THANKING YOU
And now i’m demanding atleast Rs-:18000 for over all problem i faced Hope you resolve it soon with gratefulness
