Order ID: # 23531 | Order Date: 06/11/2015. I placed an order on Nov 6 and after repeated follow-up they just told me it is in process. After 3 weeks of follow-up on mail they told me my product is no longer available. I have ordered the dress for INR 7686.00 specially for wedding purpose. Concerned, I emailed them at care@sareeka.com and asked to cancel my order and refund my money immediately. Someone replied saying ” ok, we will cancel your order and give you a refund”(no apologies, nothing). Another two weeks have passed but I still haven’t received my refund and there is no response from sareeka. No one ever picks up phone given for customer care service +91-7567833344, 7567633344. I have come up with several reviews about this company on other website. This company should be immediately investigated and banned from business.
