I have a basic saving bank account in SBI. My account no. is 30085964735. I opened the account in Oct 2006. Since then SBI is charging annual ATM card fees. Earlier is was Rs 50 and since 3-4 years it is Rs 112.36. I saw the RBI master circular in which it is stated that Bank should not charge ATM fees on basic saving account. Also other banks also do not charge any fees. I have not used ATM card in last three years.

I want refund of undue charges.
