ordered a Lenovo A 390 smartphone(Product ID-1747052182) and on 27 Feb 14 I got this phone but when I opened this then I found the phone was not working even I could not able to switch on the phone and there is no sign of charging is showing and lenovo service centre decleared it Dead along with DOA certificate. From 27 Till now I am very unhappy with the way of working of Snapdeal.on 3 March they did the reverse pick up but till now I haven’t received any call from them and after making multiple calls and countless mail,every time they told me that I will get a call from their side within 4 Hours but I never got a single call from Snapdeal This is such a unprofessional way.
I want immediate action and the replaced product before the Holi (i.e 16 March) as I am going to my home town so I can give the gift to my brother on this festival. If Snapdeal will be unable to deliver the product before 16 March then I will take some legal action.
