With due respect I state that myself Mr. Prasanta Kumar Maji have an account in the Vananchal Gramin Bank, jamtara (SBI). My account no is 14059020072. Also I have an ATM Rupay debit card (6072101000160347) with this account. Sir, on 19/07/2014 I went to the ATM counter (IFBN000241007) in rupnarayanpur to withdraw the sum of 5000/- (five thousand) rupees, but after inserting the card & print the amount to the screen there was a massage that “unable to process”, also no money was received. But after that I found the amount was debited from my account. On 21/07/2014 I have written to the application of both Chittaranjan SBI branch And the Vananchal Gramin Branch, they assure me the amount will be refund within 10 working days but there are over 43 days, till now the amount is not refund. Sir, Please I request to you that looking for the reason & also refund the money as soon as possible.
