Dear sir I deposit a cash of rs 4500(9×500) at CDM SBI Vizag naval base on date 09 june 16 at around 7.30 pm.when I put the money to the machine,the shutter was lock and transaction cancel was written on the sceen,no money was credit to my a/c nor refund. I had given a complaint letter to complaint office before but no action was taken…I think they backmail my money or keep to their pocket… pliz help me….
