Pathetic Consumer Care of Lenovo Mobiles

Hi, I purchased Lenovo A6010 Mobile from Poorvika, Tippasandra, Bangalore in March 2016 and after using for a month I started getting issues like Charger got repaired and later I had Mic problem the other person who calls me cannot hear me. So I took my mobile to Lenova Service Center in Jayanagar, Bangalore on 28th May’16 and told them that its just 2 months old mobile and I got problems so early like Charger and receiver not able to hear me when I call. The Service center CSR Usha told me charger has no guarantee and they took my mobile to check the Mic problem, then they asked me to come after 7days. Then I waited and collected my mobile again the same problem was there they just updated the software and gave me so I returned my Mobile and asked them to recheck and let me know. Then they said we have replaced the Mic. Then I checked whether its working fine but the problem was still there that the receiver not able to hear me from my Mobile. so they said they need to change the motherboard its been 10days still my mobile is not given to me and whenever I call them they say they dont have stock. Who will help me on this??? Its an new Mobile and it got repaired and these Service center guys are not able to resolve this issue. Overall the Service experience for Lenova is horrible no proper technical person there to sort out the issues in Jayanagar, Bangalore Lenova Service Center
