I received a call purportedly posing as SBI rewards point department on 01.09.2014, they told that I have so many reward points in my card and that they can be redeemed for some gifts like Mobile phone, Leather Hand bag, Woodland shoes and Chrome voucher and that the reward points will blocked for the amount of Rs.7999/- for ten days and the products will be delivered within 10 to 12 working days.So far I have not received the products and also that my credit card has been debited for Rs.7999/– and they have sent the statement to repay the amount. They also gave a mobile no. to contact in case of any clarification, I could get response only for first one or two days. Now they are not attending the phone. A contact name was also given Mr. Rahul Phasin who told that the amount debited to my card will be credited after I pay the current payment in my credit card. Today after I have paid an amount in my credit card on 20.09.2014, when I called the Mr. Rahul in mobile no. given 09278046439 he is not picking up the phone. I want my money back or the products as promised. Also I want to know how my card details are known to others companies. I want SBI cards to give proper explanation for this and ensure proper safety.
