Extremely unsatisfied with the service of sony mobile service center. They all looks like fake as they are not having any deadlines for particular solution. They make customer visiting again & again for a single issue & wasting there times for hours without a proper communication.Pathetic support I had ever seen in my life. Its been seems pathetic support in any field if you are making customers fools for more than a month for a single issue with improper communication & name being SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER. Really hopeless services.

Dear Sir/ Madam, Due to Loudspeaker problem I deposited my Sony Xperia C (C2305) on dated 26.07.14 in Authorized Service Centre 157, Baradwari, Sakchi, Jamsheddpur. But Till date they are not solved my Loudspeaker problem and say “Call us tomorrow”. From Last 5 Day I Called them but they are not revived my calls, if received then say “Call us tomorrow”. This is very bed service from them.
