Y/day when I visited Vodafone office in GB to change my plan, I was shocked to know that my current bill amount is close to Rs.6000(payable on 5th October).This was stated as excess usage of internet.This is certainly absurd and a billing error which I cannot accept. I request you to kindly study my past usage pattern which will confirm that the usage trend is far lower(as a matter of fact the total average billing would be in the region of about Rs.2000).

I have been an user of this connection(98333801XX) since long and had never experienced such a problem.Kindly look into the problem and rectify the error. Please note I am not responsible for this billing error and will not be paying such an inflated bill.Incase it is not possible for Vodaphone to rectify this error then I will have to close this connection which please note.
