I have been receiving SMS from VM-SBICRD [SBI Credit Cards] every 3-4 months sometimes randomly that I have a balance of Rs. 295160.63. Initially I updated SBI that I have never taken any SBI card of any time and this is not my account but no body heard me. When I received some marketing calls from SBI I informed them as well but to no vain. Then someone called from SBI card department for the same card that has the above balance asking about my personal information. They said this number belongs to some name (It was a tamil person, name starting with S, and residing in Tamilnadu). I clearly told them that was a wrong connection and that My name is Vikas and I reside in Bangalore. But still nothing happened. I wrote to all email ids of SBI but still nothing happened. I wrote on twitter and some communication happened and I gave my phone bill to them but still I receive this information. The only thing they understand is to get my details from me and don`t know do what with that. People at SBI seems to be brainless even at top levels.
