: Dear Concerned, This is the reference of my Education loan A/c No. 31297298121, i have taken education loan from SBI haridwar of Rs. 2.19 lac on July 2010, and i have taken 1.83 lac from SBI and at the time of sanction of loan there was an agreement of interest rate and EMI value, the interest rate was 11.25 and the EMI was Rs. 3780/-. But it so astonishing from SBI that they are saying that interest rate is 13.45 and EMI is Rs.7612/-. And on may i had words with a staff in loan department. I told him that i’ll pay EMI Rs. 4000/- except Rs. 3780/-. and i told him to directly deduct the same amount from my SBI saving account. At that time he agreed to do the same. And i am depositing the same amount to SBI saving Account from May 2013. And it is not deducted from may till yet from SBI saving account and yesterday night i got a massage from SBI that your loan account is irregular by Rs. 7612.
