I have opened my account under PM jan dhan yojana in SBI in Nov-2014 and i got ATM card but till i did not receive ATM pin. I also have conversation with bank official they said don’t have authority to reissue ATM pin for jan dhan yojana account ATM card and Custmer care representative said that they don’t have my card details. I am confuse what can i do?

I take 2 leaves from office for this work but till i did not have ATM pin. why bank had issue me ATM card if they don’t have pin for my ATM card. and also they deduct Rs 15 for SMS charges from my account.

whatever is applicable under the law. but my priority is only my card and assurance that bank officials cooperate with customer. because we are not fool.
