I had subscribed to Reliance Pro3 High speed broadband connection which marketed the speed of 14.7MBps in entire Navi Mumbai coverage, in Dec 2014. The said subscription was with the promise that, I shall get the coverage of 14.7MBps at my residence situated @Sector 21/22, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. However right from the day one, I have never received the download speed above 3.1MBps, as shown on the dialer. provided by the company. M/s Reliance Communications Ltd., to honor the commitment of the download speed of 14.7MBp, within 24hrs from the date of this complaint, else reimburse the Loss occurred due to their poor Network. Failure on their part to do so, shall leave no choice but to file an criminal proceedings against M/s Reliance Communications Ltd & all its directors for fraud & deceit in selling the services with false represent ion to gully the potential customers for willful & unlawful gains.
