We have been using Tata sky with id : 1078851522, from 2 days we have registered a complaint on customer care number, as our Tata sky is not receiving signal. but we are receiving only false promises from customer care & no technician has come till now. we have followed up on customer care for more than 25 times, but still no technician has come for repairing & solving our problem. so we want to disconnect the services & want our money refunded back.
we want our money back which we have recharged it till the month of October.
