I raaj kiran srivastava bought mobile of Micromax, model A102 on 10th of may by a retailer in Patna..On 28/05/2015 touch of the mobile stopped working. I visited service center M/s Aditya Enterprises, Jassi Nandan Plaza, New Dakbunglow Road, on 29/05/2015 and they received my mobile vide jobsheet no. E040240-0515-16928838.23 days have passed since submission of my mobile at service center. I am in field job and have to check and revert mails multiple times in a day. As I don’t have smartphone now I have to visit to cyber cafes every time which results in physical as well as economical harassment.

I want a new mobile of same model from Micromax with proper compensation for physical and mental harassment as per law or as consumer forum deems fit.
