When I am trying to purchase from online store through my debit card.. It is showing “Your mobile number is not registered for card”. I have contacted my Home Branch “SBI, SCO 19-20 Urban Estate, Jind” for mobile number registration for OTP purpose. However, my home branch is unable to set my mobile number. They don”t know anything about OTP. They are not yet updated, it seems the SBI has not even sensitised its employees for change in 3D Secure registration and bank manager also does not know how to solve the issue. This problem is till from the day of account opened.

I am not able to purchase from online store through my debit card. I am unable to carry benifites of online shopping and debit card payment offers.

Register my mobile number with my sbi debit card. If there is any problem in my debit card then change my card with new one without any cost.
