I placed order on ShopClues Online Shopping on 5 January 2015, product is not delivered till 24 january 2015 My order No. 32502757 not received My ticket number is 1830926 Also, whenever I call to their call center, either they are mentioning as “we are in progress to contact the merchant” or “we are making this as high priority, please wait for next 48 hours”. This is now bordering to consumer harassment. Please help me in getting my refund the money.

Refund I order 10gm gold coin through shopclues.com. My order no is 32502757 the product which I not received through shopclues is fake. when I file compliant for the same they are not refunding my money. It has been now more than a 20 days pass away but every time customer representative of shopclues saying that we will resole the issue within Two days. Indian government should ban on such site those are playing/cheating with the consumers.

I demand refund of my money with 3% per month interest.
