SBI Platinum Debit Card PIN Not Received

I wish to file an official complaint against SBI – Main Branch Collectors Compound (Pune). Branch Code 454. Its been almost 1 month and I am still waiting for the PIN associated with my SBI Platinum Debit Card. Is this how long one must wait ?. All information I get from the SBI Branch Manager is “We are looking into it. The problem is not with us. We have escalated the matter”. Essentially passing the buck. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable on all counts to expect this service from a reputed bank like SBI.

Resolution of the matter ASAP. SBI should be severely penalized by RBI for this gross negligence in customer service. Written apology from the SBI Pune Main Branch head accepting full responsibility and gross negligence on their part. Assurances that this will not happen in future.
