Security and Calling bell is not working

We have bought the security system and video calling bell for the front door. Its been 11 months since we bought the product and still it does not work. Every time we complain they send a technician who fiddles with the system and goes and two days later the system malfunctions again. Even if the car passes by my house the bell rings , it rings by itself in the middle of the night, video does not work so it is causing enormous amount of stress waking up in the middle of the night to answer the bell and find out no one is at the door.

I have done the wiring as per the instructions of the product company so i do not know if any other company can use that wiring to fit the new equipment. I want Ceasefire Industries to ensure I have a working calling bell even if they have to pay for the new product. The service is horrible and we do not get to escalate to the management in Ceasefire industries. I need a quick turnaround in fixing this problem so that I can sleep peacefully without the calling bell ringing by itself in the middle of the night
