I have canceled a product on feb 2014. But till didn’t get refund amount. I have paid 6% interest on my credit card for same. I am very frustrated. I am calling their customer service and also giving email to them but still I am not getting my refund and any valid answer. Today they are telling me that they are not giving my refund. I also lost my confidence on online purchase.
