This has reference to my Vodafone Complaint No. – 2372906350 and 2443445222 and recent communication to Vodafone apropos the poor network service in locality Pandwala Kalan (New Delhi). Despite of every effort being made to describe the poor condition of network Vodafone hasn’t taken corrective actions. Forget 3G, even 2G service are in scarcity. We are facing the problem since last 1 year and We have communicated to appellate authority however the poor approach for action and feedback is not able to sort out the problem.
Since the locality is as drought prone in terms of Vodafone network, it is requested to place a communication tower in village so that network can be accessed for relevant services. Also as we are facing network problem from a well known telecom company for last one year. It is requested to get economic relief from the service provided as well through this forum as compensation to the mental harassment as othe intangible losses.
