Few days back I have visited big bazaar to purchase one Air cooler & one of the executive came to me & told that by just paying 200.00 we can register for our home appliances & if any electrical appliances get to be repaired it will be done absolutely free of cost. Today i.e 24.04.2010 I would like to make use of this service & trying to reach the contact since morning but nobody was giving proper response & after lots of trials even I have spoken to their 24hrs customer service cell but he is also not properly responding to my query but instead asking me to again register in their nearest branch as registering in shopping malls is not valid inspite of having a valid certificate. My certificate number is: 472901000644.

I request you to take some action against this so that a common man is not misguided again.
